It has been thoughtfully renovated to give a modern vibe, but also keep the charm of an older historic home. The interior design of the home incorporates "something old & something new". From the moment you walk in you will be amazed. Feel the charm as you walk throughout the home. The 10 ft ceilings makes the house feel so spacious. We incorporated reclaimed wood in many of the rooms and sourced antique furnishings to match the vibe of the home. We modernized by adding nice light fixtures and other furnishings. You will feel surrounded by beauty and have all of the amenities you're looking for. Took a minute to write a review for Ryan, because it’s difficult to find the words to describe the experience without it sounding like hyperbole. Beautiful home. Clean, comfortable, inviting. Beautiful surroundings. Literally watched deer in the back yard over my right shoulder only to look over my left and see small city lights. Think Disney. Ryans an amazing host and the guy just gets it. He’s got the lodging thing down. Other renters would be well served by having him consult. I stay in a lot of different places. A lot. 250-300 days a year. I’ve never stayed in a more welcoming, serene setting as Ryan’s home provided. A 15 on a 1-10 scale. We’ll be staying in his properties again soon. And again. And again,
Beautiful home. Roomy. The only negative about our stay was the one very tiny bathroom. Ryan was always prompt in communicating with us and accommodating with our requests. We were there for a wedding at The Venue and the home has a side walk directly to it. It's also very walkable.

The property sits right in the downtown area of Warm Springs. It's a quiet and quaint place, but does have a train that runs through the town. So you may hear the horn blow during the day or night, some people may find it charming. You may see lots of squirrels, some chipmunks and there is a family of deer that visit the property every night. The town is very welcoming, the people are friendly and you'll get to experience some southern charm.
Walk next door to The Venue at Warm Springs if you're attending a wedding. You can also walk down the street to downtown Warm Springs.
