We absolutely loved the people at Sun Kissed Villa and felt very much at home. Chef Tony was amazing and our meals were wonderful. Kamisha took great care of us and our rooms were spotless. Germaine and Jono made us comfortable and left us wanting for nothing. We had 10 adults and 3 children (10, 8 and an infant). The house is located in a very quiet area and the beach is lovely. I was surprised that the house was a bit rustic. For example, while all the bedrooms are all air conditioned; the rest of the house is not. There are not screens in all the windows and some of us wound up with a some nasty bug bites. Some of the dresser drawers don't open or close and the outdoor shower does not have enough water pressure to work well. The life vests for the kayaks need to be replaced and the cushions on some the outdoor furniture have seen better days. All this being said, we had a wonderful time and recommend Sun Kissed Villa, I just would have liked to know these things ahead of time.

We had a great time. The house and location are beautiful. Everything is kept up to date, and the onsite staff are friendly and eager to help. This was perfect for our family of 4. If we revisit Jamaica, we would definitely stay here again. Communication was responsive and helpful as well.

5 star location and private beach. we had the chef cook us breakfast every morning and dinner 2x during our stay. The meals were always delicious. John, the grounds keeper, was humble and sweet and joined our game nights. My family of 8 loved his energy. The location was gated with a nice pool and private beach, which was clean and created for a beautiful setting. Even though we were unable to use the outdoor shower in the master bedroom and the drawers were difficult to open, we loved our stay and would stay again if we had the opportunity to. Cleveland, the driver, was also helpful and patient with all of our requests.

Lovely place, people, and experience! The Sun Kissed Villa is right on the water and offers a luxury pool overlooking the ocean. They provide kayaks, rafts, a pool table, and ping pong table for entertainment and a lots of space to unwind. It would be a pleasure to come back and enjoy the sunset. The staff was also very helpful. My family and I really enjoyed our time spent here.

The beach front Villa and hospitality was outstanding, one of, if not the best Thanksgiving Dinner we have had. The Chef’s food was really really good. Loved the place!!!!
