Family trip to this area to celebrate my 50th Birthday with my husband, 3 children and their spouses along with my 4 wonderful grandchildren could not have been better. This house was amazing, so much space, clean, and every amenity we needed. The grands loved the bunk room! Beds were very comfortable . Kitchen view out the back door of pool and beach was one of my favorite spots! Very peaceful area. We have stayed in many beach houses in Florida as we usually take 1-2 beach trips a year and this by far was the nicest home we have stayed in. Marissa was an amazing host. Responded immediately when we had an issue with elevator and had it unlocked very quickly. Request to heat pool was done just as quick. This is an area and home we will definitely plan to stay again. We actually already looked up for a quick return for July 4th but all the homes on beach in this specific area were booked already. Would recommend this home to anyone!

We had a large group and booked two houses (Mazzaro and Kaikoura) next door to each other. It was WONDERFUL! Beautiful homes, lots of space, easy access to the beach, plenty of parking ... just fabulous in general! Marissa was very communicative and helpful. Highly recommended! One thing to note is that there is a long boardwalk that crosses over a small dune that leads to the beach. You can see the water from the back decks of the houses, but you can't actually see the beach. That was fine for our group but it is something to be aware of if a view of the actual beach is important to you.

This home really impressed me and honestly felt like a steal for the price we paid. It was perfect for our family vacation in Cape San Blas. The house is pristine, tastefully decorated and has all the modern amenities. Nothing was overlooked in the design and finishes. The surrounding ocean views are beautiful. Walkable to a bbq restaurant + nature preserve w/ a boardwalk. The support team was super helpful and sweet (especially Melissa). We hope to be back one day!

This was an absolutely amazing house! Our entire stay was an absolute dream. Port Saint Joe is separated from the bustle of normal spring break beach crowds, granting unmatched peace and serenity & making it feel like we'd travelled much further away then we actually did. This was a beautifully curated home, with considerate accessibility, and stunning ocean views and access. Our family was planning our next stay well before we left. Book this! You won't regret it!
