INCREDIBLE location ON the beach. The property is literally built ON the sand. Great views and close to several conveniences. The property could use a refresh. Furniture is tired and mattresses are just so-so. The main entrance door was very stubborn. The freezer was struggling. Beachfront properties have huge maintenance issues so we weren’t upset with anything but felt like they were worth mentioning. You’re definitely paying for the location which was great. Kyle was wonderful communicating with us as Hurricane Idalia was bearing down on the gulf coast. Luckily it missed the property completely but Kyle made sure to keep us updated which was appreciated greatly.
