We notified the host in advance we’d be arriving later in the evening. Upon arrival, the shared entry door that was supposed to be unlocked was locked and the keypad was non-functional. After messaging the host we were informed there is nothing he can do and he’ll have to refund our stay. His lack of attempt to problem solve or troubleshoot is alarming and unethical. We’d worked all day and then traveled several hours in preparation for a funeral in the morning. We were exhausted, hours from home, 2 dogs in tow and nearly left with no place to stay. Thankfully the kind gentlemen in the other unit (who reported being informed nobody rented the unit next door so it was okay to lock the shared door) was able to let us in. After informing the host of this, we never received any further correspondence. The house did not seem thoroughly cleaned—dirty dishes left in cupboards, stains on walls, etc. We will not stay with them again nor would we recommend doing business with them.

Had a lovely stay here. The duplex was true to the photos, had clear communication from the host, and was a great price for the area and experiences available.

Place was very suitable. Good value, nicely decorated, clean, well-stocked amenities and 3 minutes from anything you might need, and many restaurants.

the house was nice and comfortable. the neighborhoodwas safe. I felt safe at all hours of the day and night. but most importantly the owners were so kind and responsive to my needs. Iwould recommend this home to anyone who is looking for a nice comfortable and safe place to either relax or regroup.
