Modern Spacious Interior BUT Super BAD Service When we arrived,we had to look for any of the staff and the caretaker for minutes. When Sheena finally met us, she just said the parking is at triple M and that the rooms are not ready. What?! it’s past 2 pm already. We parked the car and brought all our things, no one was assisting us. Then, one room became ready while the bigger unit is not yet ready. My Mom who is celebrating her 77th birthday had to wait under the heat of the sun because staff are still cleaning their room. When the heat became unbearable, we requested to stay in the sala as the staff are cleaning the bedroom. They were cleaning until 3:30! Unbelievable! Guests from other rooms are unruly and noisy. They were using the pool beyond the curfew BUT no one was telling them to stop. I had to message Sheena to ask the bantay to stop them since we could not sleep. Free breakfast was coordinated with the owner but the staff had no idea. NOT for Families. NOT gonna come back

-Marlene responds though there were some delays with her replies. But the staff were accommodating with our requests and questions. -The unit was as expected from the pictures—clean and spacious, beds were comfortable, aircon units were cool. Our unit was right in front of the beach. -There were times we experienced low water pressure in the shower because of the high occupancy of the entire place (peak season). But we were accommodated by their staff to use a common bathroom. -We were able to order food from them and the food was great :) -All in all, we enjoyed our stay.

Ms Marlene, the Host, w is such a genuinely polite and friendly person. I appreciated how responsive, and nice she is whenever she answered my inquiries. She went above and beyond when she set up an inflatable slide and lent us extra cute swimming floaters because she learned we would be celebrating my baby's birthday. She also surprised us with Shein giveaways. The resort was clean. Our room was especially pristine clean and smelled nice. Thay have high technology appliances and electronics in the resort. I loved the toilet that has so many features lol. We were so in love with the beach. The sand is fine- felt good to walked on. The unit is so spacious and have complete amenities. They also have friendly staff. We will definitly comeback! Thank you for giving us the best vacation we ever have so far. Please continue giving people the same experience as we did. I hope you'll continue being more successful.
