The Noble Cebu is a condotel located within the Grand Residences Cebu community. It is 45 minutes away from the Mactan International Airport (CEB) and a five-minute walk to the Cebu IT Park and to nearby bar and restaurants at the 88th Avenue and Crossroads Park. The Standard Deluxe Room is a 22 sqm fitted with a Twin Sharing Bed or a King Bed. It has its own Private Bathroom with toiletries, equipped with 42" LED Smart TV with Cable TV, a dedicated in-room Wifi connection, a working desk, a mini-refrigerator, an electronic safekeeping box and a coffee-making facility.

The Noble Cebu is located at a very peaceful place within the city, with in the Grand Residences Cebu property. Noble Cebu can be accessed from Governor M. Cuenco Avenue in Banilad. The rear access where guests can drive in their cars is through President Roxas Street in Kasambagan. It is generally with in a residential community which makes the surroundings peaceful and quiet.

Noble Cebu is located with in the Grand Residences Cebu. The hotel is accessible by public transport, you can take a taxi or Grab taxi services to get around the city. We have ample parking spaces within the building available free for our guests.
