非常适合长时间居住，我在这里住了一个月，房子里有长住需要的所有东西，老家具也非常美丽，总之一切都非常完美。周边有超市，餐厅十分方便。会是长住巴黎不错的选择！

The location is perfect - located equidistant between two Metro Stations. The apartment complex is very calm, well maintained with lovely gardens and there's no traffic noise. There's a mini supermarket at the rear entrance as well as a fruitshop. For nightlife there the lively Rue de la Roquette or the Bastille area. Do your own research, because there is no area guide/recommendations in the apartment. Note that the internet is excellent. There was one "drop-out" and Nadine had it sorted very quickly

I stayed at Nadine's place for one month and would definitely return. Great host and excellent location.

a very nice apartment in an excellent location. it had everything needed for a long term stay (i stayed by myself for one month). it was very spacious with a comfortable bed and an absolutely lovely balcony. there’s a washing machine in the kitchen so you can do laundry (no dryer). while there weren’t any pictures of the kitchen shown when i booked the place, i was relieved to find out the kitchen was pretty big and well equipped with everything needed to cook- it even had a dishwasher, and an extra kitchen table to eat at. my only small complaints: a few of the dishes/cooking supplies were not clean (a few plates/cups/bowls were sticky) and the apartment was missing was a garbage can (the only garbage in the apartment was a tiny one in the bathroom). but overall, the apartment was perfect. the apartment complex was very calm and private and felt very safe. excellent location as well. i would definitely come back!
