This IS the way to stay in Santa Teresa! First off, the photos do not do this air bnb and location justice - all of our jaws dropped when we arrived. Absolute paradise. There is nothing like being able to walk out to the beautiful beach EVERY day. We were close enough to town for anything we wanted to do, but far enough to enjoy the peace and quiet. The main town area is very busy and loud. The home was spotless, and comfortable. It had all the amenities needed to be lived in with no stress. The home was also cleaned every day, linens were changed out, and the beds were comfy. Hammocks were hung every day and beach chairs were provided. The porch and plunge pool were wonderful to hang out on/in when it rained, or just to cool off. Richard was great. He communicated with me before our arrival, and he met with us when we arrived. He provided great local recommendations and was responsive when I reached out to him. Overall, an amazing stay and we will definitely be back!!

Pictures and description do not do justice to this amazing AirBNB! This place is everything you could want and need in Costa Rica! The location is walking distance from town, right on the beach, and next door to a delicious restaurant, and we even had loneliest in the backyard! The house is perfect - very clean, AC, pool is small but the kids had a blast and it was even great as a cool off option for us adults. The house felt very safe and secure. Richard is absolutely incredible. Extremely responsive and he helped us arrange local fun tours like zip lining, fishing, and surf lessons. He checked in regularly-but not too much. Really a true delightful host. Did I mention the location of this place is the best?!!!! Right on the beach in an area you can swim (unless the black flag is out) tide pools when tides are low just a beach walk away north. And the most breath taking sunsets of all times. It truly was a dream!

Magnifique! -Se laisser bercer par le son de la mer -Se laisser impressionner par la danse des surfeurs pour nous spectateur bien installé sur la terrasse ou à la plage. -Profiter des couchers de soleil tout simplement magique -Se laisser envelopper par la gentillesse et l'attention quotidienne de Richard et sa mère -Avoir accès à la plus belle terrasse de restaurent au monde chez soie, pour ceux qui aime cuisiner, la fraicheur des poissons du jour au fish market du village est un must. -Les coffee shop, (Café Social) les restaurants, les épiceries sont tous à proximité -Nous avons louer un Quad pour notre séjour et avons apprécié la découverte des villages avoisinant, des plages sur le chemin et des petits resto sympathique à découvrir. Richard nous a donner quelques adresses à ne pas manquer ce qui a aider à déterminer notre destination du jour! What an amazing way to start the new year. Waking up to the sound of the ocean sets, the surf steps away, beautiful scenery, walkable beach, lazy afternoons, and the spectacular sunsets. Richard helped coordinate our transportation, even with a missed connection, helped with recommendations for surfboards, restaurants, and his place was perfect. My son is already asking when can we return.

Richard’s beach villa is exactly as described and pictured! This was our second time back to Santa Theresa and my wife and I loved the proximity to ocean and the chilled dipping pool. Richard was incredibly responsive and helpful with every question and request we had for him. My wife and I didn’t take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen, but agreed we would in the future - Richard has it stocked with everything you could need. Highly recommend Richard’s villa if you’re looking for a spot directly on the beach to view the beautiful Santa Theresa sunsets.
