Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. A two bedroom, dog friendly, upside down house within 5 minutes walk of Exmouth train station with rail links to Exeter and the rest of the UK! Five minutes walk to the beach, within 100m of the town centre but in a quiet tucked away location, this little gem of a family home is the ideal hideaway for the beach or beautiful South West Coast path and surrounding countryside. The two bedrooms and bathroom are off the downstairs hallway. The main bedroom has a king sized bed and the second bedroom has a low profile bunk bed with two full size single memory foam mattresses. Upstairs is all open plan, a kitchen with breakfast bar, a dining area and large corner sofa across wood floors and comfortable soft furnishings. There is a hammock swing chair perfect for cosy evenings tucked up with a good book.

We had a lovely stay in this cosy, clean cottage, which looked just like the photos. I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in this area of Devon. It was so lovely to come back to after a day of sightseeing. Katie was great about answering any queries and gave some recommendations regarding the area before we arrived. All in all, it was a positive experience for our first time staying in an Air BNB.

Katie was the perfect host. Sweet little house which is a doggy haven! Our whippet felt right at home as well as our children. We booked last minute, and she was very accommodating and helpful. Right in the centre of exmouth it was so easy to get to the beach and parks, and Exeter where my family are. Thanks Katie!

Thank you very much Katie !! We absolutely loved your place it was very cosy, lovely decorated and our little boy absolutely loved having all the toys to play with - to the point that he refused to leave 😊 We will definitely be coming back!

The house is right in the centre of town but tucked away down a lane that is only used for pedestrians to access the rear of the shops and nearby flats. It’s very quiet and sits between a church and an old brick building that used to be the town pump station. The pump station is now disused and we affectionately call it the pigeon hotel as they are your only neighbours.

出行信息

The house is perfectly connected for rail and bus links, all major buses stop just around the corner and we are a 5 min walk to the train station. The beach and estuary are a 10 min walk. There is plenty of on street temporary parking but the main long stay car parks are the cheapest option.
