It was a very nice stay! I loved sitting by the river and fire pit. The host, Rich, was super nice and accommodating. The only slight downside is a little road noise, as the bedrooms are close to the road. We used earplugs and white noise on our phones to drown out the occasional loud car. I highly recommend the stay and will return in the future.

Rich was an incredible host. Friendly and communicative. He was always available to answer our questions. Where his home is located has very few Airbnb options. So we were grateful not only for the ability to have access to his home, but how incredible his home was, above and beyond what he had even posted. The rooms were definitely larger than expected, the shower, very accessible, the beds comfortable! His wife did an outstanding job decorating… I felt like I was in a better homes and garden magazine!

This place was great. Rich was an awesome host, going way above and beyond what I'd expect. The location is fantastic, close to Waterbury Village with a nice place to hangout outside right on the river. Really can't be beat
