The apartment was perfect for a few days in the Tuscan countryside. We especially enjoyed the well equipped kitchen and shiny new bathroom as well as the small private terrace with a view on the olive trees. The surroundings give easy access to the beautiful landscape and nice small villages. More well known tourist sites like Volterra and San Gimignano are also in reach. Lisa was very responsive and helpful with additional small requests like a thicker blanket. Probably the best accommodation on out trip – we definitely recommend. What to see and do: We recommend taking the little hike at Le Serre and getting ice cream and cafe or aperitivo in Peccioli afterwards, getting a golden hour Beer at Birrificio Agricolo Poggio Rosso with the vegetable bruschette, reserving for dinner at Locanda degli artisti, and exploring the countryside to find gems like the neighbourhood bar at Legoli which serves traditional Tuscan snacks.

Lisa & Niccolò son unos anfitriones excepcionales; siendo cuidadosos con todos los detalles tanto del amplio apartamento como del jardín (varias mesas, hamacas e incluso cuentan con una piscina). Proporcionan un lugar muy tranquilo envuelto en naturaleza, donde podréis descansar e inmergiros en los maravillosos paisajes toscanos. El apartamento dispone de todos los electrodomésticos y mobiliario de una vivienda residencial. Si me permiten un comentario, en el pueblo Peccioli, que se encuentra a 10 minutos caminando, hay poca población, establecimientos abiertos y actividades lúdicas.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour chez Lisa et Niccolo, même si la météo fraîche et plutôt pluvieuse ne nous a pas permis de profiter pleinement de la terrasse et du jardin. Le logement est spacieux, propre et bien équipé. L'emplacement de la maison permet de randonner facilement dans les environs et de visiter les beaux villages alentour. Nous avons pris plaisir à échanger avec Lisa et les habitants si accueillants.

We had a nice stay at this place. Quiet area with an outdoor space to enjoy. The room was as advertised with a fully equiped kitchen to cook meals. Also Peccioli is closeby to have dinner. Need a car to come around. Great fall out place for visits to the beach, Volterra and San Gimignano.

I know that there are a lot of accommodations to choose from in Tuscany, but out of all of them, I would choose this one all over again. From the peace and quiet, to the thoughtful touches in the apartment and the kindness of Lisa and Niccolo, everything made for a beautiful experience. It was a pleasure to wake up every morning with birds chirping at my window and drink my coffee in a green and peaceful oasis. The apartment has all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and it's conveniently positioned for exploring other towns in Tuscany (San Gimignano, Volterra are aprox. 30-40 mins away by car). The bed was probably one of the most comfortable ones I've slept in. The hosts were very warm and accommodating of all my needs and change of plans. They also live there, so it's convenient if you need anything, but you have complete privacy in the house at the same time. I am grateful for the peaceful days I spent at their place and would definitely return soon.
