Jennifer went above and beyond from the moment I booked with her. Always quick to respond, and gave amazing local recommendations. What really stood out to me was when we had severe weather. I reached out asking for direction on what to do, and she already said she was watching the weather re: us. She opened up the locked garage as a safe place for us to use if we needed to. Protection for us was a priority. When the wind knocked down one of the shade awnings above the pool - she had someone out the next morning to fix it. Everything was a priority making sure we had everything we needed. Highly highly recommend this place!

House was just like the photos but better! Our family enjoyed this beautiful get away house for Spring Break. We will definitely be returning. Host was very helpful and she had quick responses.

We had a fabulous time during our vacation, and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The house was inviting and comfortable and had plenty of towels and kitchen supplies to make the stay feel just like home. The place was spotless and the backyard pool was amazing! But the best part was being able to watch the wildlife in the water right off the dock! We were lucky enough to see dolphins, plenty of birds and caught several fish! The kayaks were awesome! Would highly recommended!

Located in the North section of Hernando Beach with direct gulf access (note: South Hernando Beach requires you to go through a lock to get to the gulf which can add 20+ mins to boating time before hitting the ocean).
Launch your boat at the marina <1 mile from the house.
Neighborhood is NOT golf cart legal, though you will see plenty moving around.
Navigate the water using one of our kayaks or bringing your boat and tying up to our new dock. Note: you can secure up to a 30 ft. boat, but will require using the cleats on the wall as it will overhang the dock. Plenty of room without crowding the neighbors.
