Our group had an amazing stay at Julie’s place. We absolutely loved the comfy/cozy home, gorgeous deck, and beautiful view of the lake! Julie was incredibly helpful and communicative to help us plan our getaway. We also really enjoyed the sauna and garden. So many great elements to this place. Thanks for everything Julie!

Our family had a wonderful stay at Julie's beautiful and well equipped cottage on Cowichan Lake. Despite the wet spring weather outside, inside the cottage felt bright and breezy with its sunshine and blue sky paint colours and its functional, yet elegant beach house/cottage decor. The large covered deck, with propane fireplace and outdoor seating was also appreciated for keeping us dry and for its gorgeous views of the lake. With the addition of a brand new sauna, this cottage is one we hope to return to -- no matter the weather or the season. Finally, the fully enclosed and beautiful yard made our stay even more relaxing - not only to keep the Roosevelt elk out, but to keep our furry family in :)

Julie’s place was one of those rare finds where the pictures don’t really do it justice: it is a truly gorgeous location on Lake Cowichan. It is quiet and close to all kinds of outdoor activities: swimming right outside the door, multiple hikes walking distance away and the entire cowichan valley at your doorstep to explore. Highly recommend!

My friends and I love this beautiful cute house, such love and care must go into the beautiful garden outside. We also all enjoyed our pizza party would definitely recommend to anyone
