Amy is super responsive and the accommodations were what we expected. Her instructions were very clear. Everything went well. Never saw a bug inside the unit or really outside for that matter. This side of the island is very quiet. If you dislike crowds this is the area for you. Not much as far as sit down restaurants but lots of food trucks! We found ourselves driving alot but we really wanted to explore. 10 minutes from Polynesian cultural center. Do not miss the Ha: Breath of life show. Very easy snorkeling out front of the building but we didn’t see much. A few turtle tracks and someone saw turtles while snorkeling. Be advised that it rains ALOT on this side of the island but doesn’t usually last long. Had a couple of days of torrential downpours but that is a great time to drive to the other side.

if you want to experience a local spot in the country with an awesome oceanside location, this is it. the unit is super well stocked. felt like home!

We enjoyed staying in the condo. Having a place to park and security guard in the parking lot was a bonus. We enjoyed the beautiful view. My kids enjoyed the beach and seeing the sea turtles on the beach at night. It was easy to access everything on the island. We did not use many of the amenities. It was a little tight with 12 suitcases and 4 people but we made it work. We enjoyed sleeping to the sound of waves. Amy was very responsive. We will definitely stay here again.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay! It was quiet and peaceful, yet very close to everything you needed or wanted to do. We will be staying again!

View was fantastic. Saw turtles everyday and a monk seal! Never needed A/C with the great crosswinds throughout the space. This is a large condo building with many vacationers and many residents. Residents were very friendly and helpful if needed. Family friendly property. Liked walking to nearby store and food trucks frequently for one thing or another - they were so friendly and delicious. As others mentioned, this 9-floor condo building is on the main Hwy, which may affect light sleepers using the back bedroom, versus hearing ocean sounds when sleeping on the living room Murphy bed. Kitchen had all the items you’ll need, plus spices, oil, foil, etc. This is a very quiet area on the island, which we wanted, so we enjoyed cooking every night and eating on balcony. This space felt perfect for 1-2, we would’ve felt too cozy with more people. Loved using the fins, snorkels, boogie boards and sand chairs provided. Enjoyed hiking nearby trails and sunbathing on property lounge chairs.
