We enjoyed staying in Kip’s house. It is clean, nice, organized, and has everything you may need. We haven't had the chance to enjoy the backyard, because there was greenhouse construction on it, which we didn’t know about it. If you have little kids that are hard to control, you may need to think twice, because kids would not enjoy the strict rules that the owner wants the guests to follow during their staying. The House post needs to be updated and list all the information clearly like the tenant who is staying on the other side of the house. Moreover, the post needs to be more clear regarding the check-in way ( meeting the owner and doing 30 min walk-through prior to the staying. In my opinion, the guest might need to put this on the schedule because they might be so tired by that time. Kip is so professional, and It was nice to meet her and know more about her way of running her Airbnb business.
