There are cameras facing the front courtyard, the back yard, and the exterior sides of the home. -We would also like to emphasize that the property is in a quiet residential neighborhood and quiet hours are 9pm to 9am. Failure to comply could result in a $500 fine for noise code violations. -Age restrictions apply. Please inquire for more information. -Additional deposits may be required. -No pets allowed. If the average temp during your stay is below 55 degrees, then we are not able to heat the pool. You must let us know a week in advance if you wish to have the pool heated upon your arrival** -To keep our home beautiful, we ask that you not hang decorations on the walls. Tape, tacks, and other adhesives tend to peel paint and leave marks, etc. Glitter and confetti decor are also prohibited both inside and outside. Evidence will result in an additional cleaning fee of $250, plus the cost of damages to home. -Enjoy a smoke, just not inside. Please ensure all doors and windows are shut and dispose of your ends in the outdoor trash bins.
