Notice the attention to every detail to make your stay feel luxurious while also not sacrificing comfort. The home is 3 stories. You will enter on the main floor leading you right into the living area and kitchen, which both have sliding doors for amazing lake views. Between the kitchen table and bar seating there is seating for 10. Right outside of the sliding doors there is also an outdoor dining table with 8 chairs. The kitchen has everything you need if you will be cooking a feast! The bottom floor features the primary suite and the secondary suite. Primary Suite: You deserve it :) This bedroom is stunning! The eye-catching wallpaper with beautiful wood contrasts will welcome you into the room. -Luxury plush king bed -Ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and tiled shower -Huge walk-in closet so you can live like royalty -Don't forget the wet bar to make a cocktail and walk out onto your amazing balcony. Secondary Suite: Bright, light, and natural. The secondary suite is perfectly furnished. - Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with a double vanity - Walkout balcony - You will have a nice peaceful spot to enjoy that morning coffee and enjoy the sunrise. The top floor has three bedrooms and one full bath. Bedroom 1: Enjoy the luxury king mattress. Very spacious with multiple windows and the perfect morning lighting. Bedroom 2: Pillowtop king mattress and situated in the corner for nice privacy and a great place to relax and unwind. Bedroom 3: Have a big group? Our stay at Nickol and Lucas's house was perfect, the house was just as shown in the pictures, and there was plenty of room for our group. The house was very clean, updated, and had all of the necessary amenities. They were very responsive with any questions we had, and made to sure let us know when the property manager would be coming over to spray for bugs or put the lily pad on the dock. Would definitely recommend staying at Nickol and Lucas's beautiful house!
Came here with 1 other families of four. Our plan was to experience the total solar eclipse and not deal with any crazy traffic. The home was beautiful with plenty of space for the 11 of us. Our kids loved playing in the water with the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. Lucas was always quick to respond to any questions. We loved staying in this home and it was an amazing place to stay and experience the eclipse.
Very responsive host! The home is on Lake Austin close to Mansfield Dam and Lakeway in a quiet residential community. We enjoyed use of the entire property. The home is quite spacious with very ample closets, multiple decks and outdoor areas, and indoor/outdoor dining options.
