Great, prompt and friendly communication. Ian was very flexible with the arrival time and showed me around the accommodation. It was lovely and quiet yet close to the centre and railway station. Great to have off road parking too. Lots of good eateries to choose from in the area. It was the ideal base for staying in Kenilworth. Loved the milk, fruit and chocolates too. My only gripe would be the mattresses were far too soft for me but then I like a firm bed so will be fine for others I’m sure. I’d certainly stay again if I’m in the area.

Hemos estado unos días fantásticos en Kenilworth, en un piso muy acogedor y limpio, nos hemos sentido en nuestra propia casa. Ian, un excelente anfitrión. Recomiendo esta estancia a todos los que viajen a esta ciudad. Espero volver y si este piso está disponible, poder quedarme en él.

From first contact Ian was very friendly and helpful. When we arrived Ian was there to meet us and to show us around. The apartment was fantastic, really clean and had everything we needed for our stay. He gave us some really helpful directions for the local supermarket and the milk and chocolates were are lovely welcome gift. Thank you Ian. We had a fantastic weekend and really enjoyed your beautiful apartment.
