We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent location! The layout of the apartment is very cozy and had everything we needed. Bathroom setup was a bit of a surprise as the showers are separate from the bathrooms - one is in the kitchen! It was fine for us just a little funky which kind of worked in the space. The patio off the master suite was perfect for morning coffee and listening to the crashing waves. Hosts were great to work with and answered all questions very quickly. We would definitely stay again.

Friendly owners. Great location. The house was very well supplied with anything we might need during our stay. The parking was a little tricky but manageable. We plan to return to this spot!

Two rooms are set up very reasonably, not disturbing each other! Close to the beach, quiet and comfortable living! Regretfully, no dishwasher for cooking! Overall, great value for money, a highly anticipated stay.

This place provided everything two travelers who need their own rooms required. We each had a side of the unit with climate control and could enjoy time chatting in the living room or on the porch together. It had all the amenities we needed and their guide explained all the necessary details. Everything is in walking distance. And Capitola is one of my absolute favorite Northern California coastal towns!!

Great location! Modern furnishings and comfortable beds. The layout is funky and there are no “full bathrooms”. The showers are separate from the toilets and sinks and they are all very small.
