We loved our stay at Sebastian’s place! Exactly as pictured and easy walk to everything you could need. The vibe and decor was great and all instructions on check in, how to use appliances etc was very clearly outlined. Sebastian was always friendly and prompt in responses. Definitely recommend to anyone thinking of booking! :)

Beautifully appointed light, airy, artsy apartment a short walk from Sydney Road. Clean, compact and well equipped. The basement car park and lush balcony space were added bonuses. Host was very responsive and provided a thorough ‘Welcome Booklet’. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this apartment.

Sebastian’s artsy home had everything you need and more. It’s spacious and very comfortable for multiple guests especially having two bathrooms. Not only furnished with stylish and quality items but all the little extras like teas, coffee, pantry supplies and high quality shampoo/ conditioners etc just made it that notch above the rest. The IGA is a couple doors away so we made use of the full kitchen and there is a fabulous Italian bakery just 4 doors up. A great location and air BnB. Sebastian was a dream to communicate with and very flexible. We’ll be back! 🎶

Sebastian’s place is in a great location, a short walk to some great brunch spots and with the tram stop just a minute’s walk away. The apartment is well equipped and the inclusion of plentiful dishwasher tablets and coffee capsules was a generous bonus. On the downside we felt the apartment could’ve been a little cleaner, it’s also sadly lacking any type of table or kitchen counter or anywhere to sit to eat at, there’s only one sofa to sit on inside the whole flat (no other chairs) which wasn’t ideal for four of us (although the balcony was a great social space for us all), and the beds and bedding were of pretty basic quality… but Sebastian responded quickly to our request for some better pillows which he delivered the same day which was great. His communication and response to our enquiries was excellent, he additionally permitted us to have a slightly later checkout which was kind. All in all we very much enjoyed our stay.
