I had a wonderful weekend at Anne’s cottage. The space is a perfect balance of cozy farmhouse and refinement. Gorgeous original wood floors, pristine wall and trim paint, thoughtfully furnished, and interesting art + antiques. Not to be missed is morning coffee on the back steps, with amazing views of sprawling farmland! Minutes away is the expansive Harlem valley rail trail for biking or a walking, and the village area of Millerton. Village includes a variety shops, a handful of restaurants, and the unique Harney and Son’s tea shop. Anne was super friendly and helpful with restaurant suggestions, and directions to the rail trail. I highly recommend staying here! 🌟

I love this guest cottage! It is immaculate, charming, and comfortable. With lovely views from every window, the cottage is creatively and beautifully decorated and features tasteful art. I spent time working in this cottage, which is quiet, cozy, and peaceful. Also, there is a lovely barn that houses a gym that was available for my use. The cottage is located in an ideal setting with nature all around. It is within walking distance to the Rail Trail, close to town, and convenient to excellent dining options. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We absolutely loved staying at Anne’s cottage. She greeted us, let us in, and was very flexible with our check in time. It was a cold weekend, but we felt very cozy inside and right at home. Anne put so many sweet touches to this cottage, and left books out for our little one to read throughout our stay. She also gave us great local tips on what to do, shop, and eat. There are so many farm stores around the area and the main street in Millerton is just a short 6 min drive away. We hope to be back soon!
