William was an exceptional host and we had a wonderful stay at the campsite. He was extremely friendly and responsive, and left us very clear instructions to help us through check-in and our stay. The RV was clean and just as described. We had not stayed in an RV before, but William was able to answer all of our questions and help us deal with a few confusing situations. We would definitely come to stay with him again!

I had a fantastic stay at William’s spot! Going to school in Burlington it was nice to go back and visit. About 15 minutes from downtown there is so much to do! It was also awesome to see Malletts Bay and enjoy the scenery. We even got to see a hot air balloon ride take of which was awesome! The RV was beautiful and spotless. Perfect for a short weekend getaway. William was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful to anything we asked or needed. 10/5 would absolutely rent this spot again!!!

William was so nice! Sent me check-in instructions that were very clear the day before I arrived. I also called him to ask a question about check out- he answered right away and was so kind, wanting to make sure we had a good stay. It was very cute and clean and super close to a water front park that apparently has free concerts sometimes during the summers. About a 15 min drive from Church Street and close to a cute area of shops near campus. The only think was that it didn't have hot water for showers, though you can use the bathhouse on the RV campus. Very family friendly, and the RV campus was quiet at night. Would stay again!

It was a perfect choice for us who wanted to have camping experience but not to deal with the hassle of setting up everything. William is very responsive and even provided firewood for us to use. The location is close to all the fun places and we especially enjoyed the tennis court next door. We will be back!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb RV! The location was perfect, with a beautiful campsite that was quiet and safe at night. The host was incredibly easy-going and accommodating, making the experience even better. The price was very reasonable, especially considering the fantastic location. While the RV wasn't the cleanest I've seen, but it was clean enough, and the excellent Wi-Fi made up for it. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great getaway.
