It was as described. Beautiful scenery. Could have used a better supplied kitchen. I needed a crockpot. No soap in shower. Outside trashcan was full. Steep stairs without a good handrail. Water pressure in kitchen was very low. Bring your own TP, as it was only one ply!

Check in was easy and house was clean. Beautiful view off the deck. We could have used linens for the fold out couch but we made do. I love the Thomas/Davis area but sadly we had to cut our trip short due to inclement weather.

Great base for exploring the area. We did hikes in Seneca Rocks and Blackwater. Perfect size for a couple and pup. Nice deck with a great view if you're lucky enough to get a sunset. Eat at Picnic if you can - so good! Limited kitchen supplies so you may want to supplement if you plan to do a lot of cooking, but it was fine for us.

Rachel's house was such a great find, it was so cute and very spacious for a 'tiny home'. Everything in the home was clean and easy to find, there were extra blankets and pillows if we needed them. The gas fireplace came in very handy since it was still cold out but it was a little tricky to use because we accidentally turned it completely off and had a hard time getting the pilot light to come back but that was at no fault of Rachel. We enjoyed the house and the little downtown areas of Thomas and Davis, if we come back to this area, we'd definitely stay here again.
