The location is outstanding, walking distance to downtown and to places I had meetings at. The apartment is fully equipped, very spacious e very clean. The owner responded so quickly at all my demands, on any day of the week. I had extraordinary demands and they were fast, proactive and understanding with helping me.

Great little place. Comfortable bed, soft sheets, so nice to have coffee and creamer there. Walkable to kerrytown. Clean, very nice. Would stay again!

This is a very well appointed apartment in an ideal location. There is an excellent grocery within a very easy walk. Also, a number of eateries and a few cultural attractions within a five to ten minute walk. For more active walkers, there are many top level restaurants, attractions and services where you can get your calories and burn them off. I liked having the parking spaces behind the building, but visible enough to prevent worry. Apartment furnishings are very comfortable while being economical enough to provide a moderately priced stay. Unless you have mobility issues, this place should be high your list to consider when visiting this district of the city.
