This is our home from home & we are happy to share it with you. We welcome you 🙏🏽 (But we request that you leave everything as you found …. it as Airbnb protocol requires. ) This top floor apartment occupies the whole floor of this large 3 storey detached building. (There is a large roof terrace above, accessible by a set of steep metal stairs but this area has not been refurbished yet)...(and only available to the occupants of this apartment). Completely refurbished with 3 new wet-room bathrooms, 3 bedrooms with new wooden beds & new orthopaedic sprung mattresses, we have equipped the apartment according to our own preferences & needs as a family of 4. We love cooking so the kitchen has hot water (!), a 4 burner gas hob, a steel oven-grill, a new very spacious frost-free fridge-freezer, a full range of pots, pans, matching crockery & cutlery for 6, a wok, kitchen tools galore, a Nespresso machine with milk frother, a Nutribullet, a steel cafetière, toaster, electric & gas kettles, Bosch juicer /blender/food processor, Philips orang juicer, lots of shelves & jars & baskets for storage & a PureIt reverse osmosis (ro) uv drinking water purification & re-mineralisation system. We provide Egyptian cotton bed linen & a set of bath towels as well as beach towels for each guest. Each pillowed bed also has a thick Indian cotton blanket. The front balcony has tropical plants, a small pond & soft seating. A perfect place to relax, work & / or hang out. We have a new 3 dead-bolt high end lock on the front door, mosquito screens over all the windows & a concealed Yale safe large enough for cameras & laptops Included. Each key set we supply requires guests pay on arrival a returnable cash deposit of 2500/-rs This is in case the keys are lost. If this happens we must change the lock. The cash deposit is returned when you depart. (We can offer you a cleaner, child minder & there are laundry services nearby. ) The rear balcony has a large dining table with 6 chairs -which is where we eat. There is a portable pedestal fan which can be used outside or inside. The kitchen has a large table as well. There is fast wifi (30-50mbps) & an inverter system which provides electricity to the lounge lights & fan in the event of a (not so infrequent) power cut. The Wi-Fi router is also plugged into this to ensure no disruption of web access. We have a fire extinguisher, a fire/smoke/gas leak detector in the kitchen as well as a battery powered "inverter" bulb which can also be used in the event of a power cut at night Each room also has a battery powered desk lamp & each bedroom has aircon & every room has a ceiling fan. 2 of the beds are Queen size and the third bedroom has 2 x 72" full adult size bunk beds. There are mains multi-sockets throughout which accept all plugs (230-240V ac) with multiple 5v usb points. We provide a plastic bowl easily large enough to wash a baby or small child in. The bathrooms have mirror cabinets, shaver sockets & towel hooks. There is lots of room for storage, both above one bathroom & beneath the beds. We also provide a desk & battery powered desk lamps. A new Panasonic top loading water heating washing machine now comes installed and included. The apartment also comes equipped with a vacuum cleaner, brooms, dustpan & brush, mop & bucket and a comprehensive array of cleaning tools & eco cleaning products
