Our farm cottage is located in a homestead compound of 3 acres of beautiful native and exotic gardens on a 33-acre farm. A haven for native fauna, we've identified over 100 species of birds in the garden and the grounds abound with wallabies, possums, bandicoots goannas, and lots of other native fauna. And for stargazers, the farm has a Class 2 light pollution rating, the 2nd best rating available! The property comprises a queen size bedroom, a dining/living area with a lounge that converts to a double bed, a brand new gourmet kitchen with everything you need for a gourmet retreat, and a bathroom that includes a washing machine, ironing board, iron, and hairdryer. The smart TV is connected to the internet and has access to most free-to-air streaming channels as well as Netflix, Stan, Spotify, and Kayo. The cottage has reverse-cycle air conditioning and the kitchen includes a medium-sized fridge, dishwasher, and microwave to complement the electric stove top and oven. The cottage is mostly solar-powered, water is rainwater tanks and the septic system drains into the farm paddocks. Recycling and compost bins are provided for your convenience. Compost is recycled to the farm vegetable beds.
