Brett’s place is in a great neighborhood with views of the Griffith Observatory! He’s a very proactive host and place is accurately pictured. It comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. I parked within a couple of blocks on the street. Recommended!!

Brett has a wonderful location to offer. Comfortable bed, functional kitchen if you like to cook, large bathroom. I'll be looking forward to staying here next time Im in town.

Brett's place is thoughtfully put together and has everything you need. Filtered water, quality kitchen appliances, a comfortable bed, space to work, consistent WiFi, couch/smart tv, washer/dryer, and a spacious bathroom made the unit an excellent home base for a month in LA. The space itself is light and airy with plenty of windows, a ceiling fan, and AC as well. The location is peaceful and convenient with easy access to Griffith Park and all Los Feliz has to offer. There's also street parking. Brett is pleasant to message with/talk to and was both proactive with recommendations as well as quick to respond throughout my stay. Keypad entry made check-in/check-out a breeze. Highly recommend!

I stayed at Brett’s place for a bit over a month and it was exceptional. By far my best AirBnB experience. He checked in regularly to make sure my stay was going well and if I needed anything. Gave me great recommendations for food, groceries, etc. The apartment is equipped with everything you may need for a long-term stay. I always found parking just across Franklin Ave. Brett is a kind and attentive host, always willing to do anything to make your stay exceptional. 10/10.

We had such an amazing stay at Brett’s place! The apartment is clean and very well equipped with anything you can ever need on the daily basis. Great location, fast internet, comfy bed- all checks the box for anyone looking for the perfect accommodation. However, it was all the small details that really impressed us with our month-long stay in Los Angeles. Some of those things (to name a few) include having filtered water, not one- but two medicine cabinets, lots and lots of storage, washer and dryer in unit- and overall such a great layout and design of the space that makes it feel like a home. My husband really enjoyed the welcome snacks- really nice touch.The unit is also very bright and airy with wonderful views of greenery and flowers as well as the Griffith Observatory. And of course, can’t say enough about how incredibly happy we are to have Brett as a host- extremely responsive and was consistent in checking in on us to ensure that we are taken care of.Highly, highly recommend!
