Super quaint place ! Very clean & minimalistic, whilst still had everything I needed. My internet was spotty beforehand so I didn’t see the video right away - definitely watch that it simplifies things immensely. Sunrise & sunset amazing from here. Bedding super comfy. I enjoyed the exercise of walking up the steps - if you have trouble with mobility may be difficult, otherwise totally manageable. Gerardo was very kind and responsive - would definitely stay here again.

Muy buen departamento, muy limpio y bien atendido. El entorno no es el más agradable de San José del Cabo, pero cumple muy bien su propósito como alojamiento.

Departamento muy bien equipado y cómodo para dos personas. Tener en cuenta que para llegar al alojamiento hay varios escalones por subir (aproximadamente tres pisos) dado que se encuentra en una colina. Pero si no llevas mucho equipaje, está perfecto y tiene linda vista del amanecer!

The place is incredibly cute and the view is beautiful. As mentioned there are stairs but it is literally no more than 3 flights. There are a few restaurants walking distance but you will DEFINITELY want to cross the highway. or walk to the right and take underpass 3min away. The convenience store downstairs sells snacks and beer. Above is a small bar that also sells drinks. Buses stops right out front, cost only 40 Pesos to get to Cabo San Lucas/San Jose town. Uber is cheap enough to go around with. As for the place itself: The bed sheets did not fit and come off the bed, IT NEEDS new sheets and a mattress protector. There is no where in the bathroom to hang towels or hang hand towels. A small oversight but would be a HUGE quality of life upgrade if there are a few MORE TOWELS and places to HANG them provided. 1 or 2 towel racks in the bathroom would be nice or even a couple hooks. All that said, the spot was clean, quiet and super quaint. It offered almost everything we needed.
