This review is being written by STR owners of two properties we've rented for nearly 15 years, and having a 100% 5 star rating on both properties. This Unit and its location was great. However owner required lots of pre-rent information about us, including a third party verification. Details given on how to enter the Unit were specific, however, upon arrival the Unit door was kept open via the bold lock extending to block the door from closing. Very strange, somewhat concerning. We followed specific directions in using the electronic door lock, the doorlock would not work. It automatically locked with closed, but neither the door code or the fbo's would unlock the front door when closed. We had to take all our belongings with us each time we left the Unit because we couldn't close the door without being "locked out" of the Unit. Owner was unresponsive. Owner obviously knew about the issue since he propped the door open for to get into the Unit upon arrival.
Great, clean location in the heart of Mercer Island. Just a few minutes from the freeway, for easy access to both Bellevue and Seattle.
Easy check-out as well as check-in
I stayed on a three night business trip and it was great. Easy check in. Lived like a hotel. Will stay again
