We had some trouble with check-in. The address given on the listing was not correct. we arrived after the check in time and the cleaning from the previous renter wasn't finished. we had to wait for her to be done but she did message us 30 minutes before check in time to let us know she was trying to get it done. she was a very kind woman. the place was clean for the most part and had the amenities listed. it is a cozy place. very close to the civic center and other places. the bed isn't comfortable but overall a decent stay.

Loves this little carriage house. It’s small and comfortable. It fit my needs perfectly. I booked it again June 2 - 30th. Only drawback was internet. Marilyn was responsive and had a technician fix it. The setting is awesome. Sit outside and have coffee in the mornings with birds. Marilyn is a great host. Jm
