Crosswinds was absolutely stunning. The ocean view alone was beyond breath taking. The home was so much more than shown in the pictures and it was the perfect setting to celebrate our 40th anniversary. We enjoyed this quiet, beautiful, very private paradise for 8 days. Carrie was awesome in all aspects of our stay. The only hard part of our stay, was leaving this little piece of heaven. You need to stay here at least once in your life.

This place is even nicer than the photos. The ambiance is great. The area of St Thomas is peaceful and away from the hustle and bustle, yet not too far. We had friends vacationing at nearby hotels and we were able to go back and forth to visit everyone very easily. Mostly we just wanted to stay home and grill by the pool! If you aren't too wiped out from your travels, try to grab some basic groceries on the way there. The stores aren't far (15-20 min for all), but it is nice to settle in for a while. Believe me, you'll want to. The layout isn't so clear on the listing - the 3 bedrooms are spread out and a little separated. This can be VERY good for a bit of privacy within a group. We ended up putting are bigger kids in the main house and we stayed with our toddler by the pool. We could have stayed in the main house and put the boys on the pullout sofa easily, but this was more quiet for all of us. The room by the pool also has a small pullout love seat too.

Enjoyed our stay at this property. Private setting, lovely hot tub overlooking water, Beds were comfy, beautiful views. Responsive host. With rooms separated this would be ideal for couples who want a little more privacy and yes there are lots of stairs so not ideal for lots of luggage or anyone with bad knees.
