Nestled in a quiet neighborhood and walking distance to a grocery store, good restaurants, cute shops, a theater, and small parks, the cottage was very comfortable for our family of three. The house was extremely clean. The kitchen looked recently updated and had everything we needed. If we had more time, we would have enjoyed lounging in the sun room and beautiful backyard, but we were out and about every day. It was a short drive to the beach. We also brought our bikes and riding around town was super easy. We visited in the off season, but if we return in the summer, we would definitely stay here again. Sherry provided clear instructions in advance and was very easy to work with. Pro tip: great coffee and pastries at Amarin a few blocks away.

We truly enjoyed our time here. We choose this place to enjoy our spring break. We are special education teachers and this was a much-needed getaway after a tough year. A little over a year ago I had a major stroke and this is my first getaway since my recovery. Her home is well-kept with everything one would need and more, the pictures do it no justice. You can see and feel the love pour into the property. It Will definitely be my first choice if/when we decide to return.

Sherry's home was charming and comfortable. Just like what you would expect for a cottage home. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the screened in front porch (although there appears to be a hole in the screen and mosquitos were getting in). Also a great sleeper couch in the back sunroom for guests who needed to separate from their snoring spouses. Kitchen was nicely appointed with pots, pans, sheet pans, utensils, coffee maker, etc. However, would recommend checking your cups and plates before using as some had not been completely cleaned. Lots of books available in home for reading. Location very close to the only grocery store in town. Things that I think should be addressed - 1) baseboards were dusty, 2) mattresses in room with single beds were too soft for our tastes and would recommend firmer mattresses 3) shelving needed in front bathroom 4) mirrors needed above dressers in both bedrooms. Even with that said, would rent again.
