Adventure awaits you in this rustic beach cottage! Perfect for families of four or fewer. Located within a small condo complex consisting of tiny cottages, we are right across the street from Pine Point Beach where you'll find 7 miles of coastline. The area of the beach closest to the cottage is very quiet. Nearby, you'll find spots for hiking, biking, shopping, dining, fishing and more. We are about 20-25 minutes away from Portland and 2 miles north of Old Orchard Beach. This is a small cottage with its warm, rustic wood-paneled interior still in beautiful condition. We have a full sized bed on the right when you enter the cottage, with two twin mattresses up in the loft. There is also a pull-out bed in the loveseat in the living area which pulls out as another twin bed. You'll find a small kitchenette in front of you right as you enter the cottage. Please note that there is no oven or stove, but we do have a cooktop you can plug in and use during your stay as well as a toaster oven. The living room has seating for 3-4 people, and the dining area just 2 chairs. Please take note, eating at a picnic table outside is likely preferable for families or groups of 3, 4, or 5. In the back, there is a small bathroom with a stand-up shower and toilet. Please note that the owners have a dog that sometimes stays at the cottage. While the dog will not be present during your stay, guests with allergies should be aware that they may come across some dog hair during their stay here.
