Interior boasts exposed natural wooden beams, vaulted ceilings, and expansive windows showcasing panoramic forest views – 5 sizable and thoughtfully designed bedrooms; truly the perfect gathering spot for friends, families, and large groups. –––––––––– <b>Living Room:</b> <i>Large relaxing space featuring a hand-laid stone fireplace and comfy seating</i> <b>Dining Room:</b> Gather around a handcrafted, artisanal dining table to enjoy meals in peaceful surroundings <b>Bedroom #1:</b> Master with queen bed + bathroom <b>Bedroom #2:</b> Top floor with queen bed + lookout <b>Bedroom #3:</b> Single bed with additional futon floor mattress + balcony <b>Bedroom #4:</b> Twin bed with desk/office <b>Bedroom #5:</b> Ground floor with a double, fold-out couch bed (not updated/shown in photos) – popularly used as supplementary lounging or a convenient quarters for children, elderly, and/or individuals who may experience difficulty with stairs <b>Private Sauna:</b> Immerse into relaxation and unwind to the therapeutic heat of a custom-built sauna (4-6 guest capacity) <b>Outside:</b> Spacious backyard to explore endless greenery featuring a large deck (ideal for entertaining or kids to play and pets to roam free). Make use of the BBQ grill for outdoor meals and entertainment or head over to the fire pit to enjoy s'mores under a quintessential pacific northwest wood canopy boasting campfire-style seating. Last but not least, closest to the sauna, is a koi pond with a narrow wooden bridge leading out to a balcony with a tandem wooden swing – breathtaking for morning coffee, afternoon tea, or an evening read.

This was a beautiful cabin. We really enjoyed our stay and especially loved the sauna and the log swing. Tomoko was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Would absolutely love to stay here again.
Our stay was wonderfully delightful! We had such a warm and welcoming time with our hosts. The cabin is masterfully crafted by a true artisan! A veritable sanctuary and every aspect is cared for with love and attention. We came as guests and left feeling like family! This place is very special and our hope is that everyone who visits treats it with the kindness and care it deserves. It felt like such an honor to be there. Great local recommendations with gorgeous hikes aplenty to explore. Left feeling rejuvenated & centered, a must stay for anyone visiting the PNW!
We loved this peaceful cabin in the woods. It was very unique and a fun place to relax. We spent time in the sauna, enjoyed sitting out back and listening to the river and took advantage of the coveted fire pit. Our kids (11, 14) loved it as well.
If you are looking for a deeply rejuvantive, relaxing, serene and beautiful stay this is your spot. Tomoko and her husband will take incredible care of you. The cabin is so much more than a cabin, it is a retreat center made to care for you. The sauna looks out over a peaceful swing that looks out into the greenery that makes Washington State so special. Everything from the wood fired stove to the beds, lines and cozy spots to lounge make this space truly something special. I cannot wait to come back time and time again. Tomoko’s cabin was exactly the getaway we were looking for. Peaceful, spacious, and secluded by gorgeous trees. It had all the amenities that allowed us to both relax and work when needed. My partner and I fell in love, and can’t wait to come back for another stay!
