David and Kami's place is centrally located, just as walkable to everything on offer along State Street as it is to the beach. Great grill for an afternoon barbecue in the quaint, well-appointed back yard. Would recommend for 2-4 adults.

Amazing place right next to State St and an easy walk to the Funk Zone! Great restaurants nearby as well, highly recommend. Space was beautiful as well, we’ll be back!

Charming and comfortable. Quaint older home beautifully remodeled. Great beds. Kitchen had all you need including coffee supplies. Nice living room to relax or watch TV. Walking distance to State Street and Funk Zone and many restaurants, right by farmers market and grocery. Great back yard even though we couldn’t use it due to rain. Only con is street noise at night, which wasn’t too bad. Would rent it again or longer term.

The home was beautifully presented and very comfortable. Location was conveniently located walking to State St and short drive to other notable locations in Montecito, Hendry’s Beach, Shoreline Beach and Cold Spring Tavern. Due to housing insecurity one should be cautious venturing out too early or late in the day.

David & Kami’s place was perfect for our Santa Barbara trip. Everything was walkable. So many good spots for food, coffee, etc. in just a short walking distance. Only 10-15 minute walk to the beach. House gave us everything we needed or could ask for. Will definitely stay here again when returning to SB.
