Perfect location, and price was great for 3 families. Plenty of space so everyone is not on top of each other.

The reason I am giving this place a 1 star. When we walk into the place it had a bad smelly odor, need to remove carpet has stains/bad odor to it,  windows need upgrade some are broken or don't have screens - fire code issue, the back porch needs work it's leaning and the footers on it are cracking and its really unsafe, patio furniture is broken, expose wires by the double slider doors, some of the TV's works in the rooms (2 out of 6), too many couches and unnecessary furniture, the bathroom tiolet (princess ballerina bathroom) when you flush it makes like a elk call, maintenance outside needs work - mice poop & wasp nest are around the premises, need to upgrade windows shades/blinds some are broken, in the livingroom there is a glass table that wobbles could be scary for little kids, the decor in the house doesn't flow. There is carpet around the jacuzzi tub that needs to be removed there is mold. This list could go on but if you take the time and effort this could be great AirBnb.

Large house but needs significant work to bring to an acceptable level - carpets, paint, furniture - stained/dirty, or in need of upgrading. The back deck had old kitchen furniture with wet cloth seats. But worst of all was the strong smell of smoke, which permeated the entire house and now our clothes. Rather stunning given it was listed as a non-smoking residence. We were there for a funeral and didn't have the time/opportunity to request a move, but thankfully we spent very little time in the house. Would have been unbearable if we had to be in the house the entire stay. The management company was responsive, but the problems aren't going to be solved with just a cleaning crew.
