Place has been left to run down since the photos. Kitchen tap had no handle, kitchen was grubby and covered in grease stains. Felt like a student house. The boiler was off when we arrived but once turned on the heat settings in the shower oscillated from boiling to scalding. We left early. The place needs a deep clean and ongoing maintenance.

Central location for Welford Road (rugby) and close to the bars, shops and restaurants of Clarendon Park. Easy to find and check in, clean and well equipped

A few things, I shared with Ban, Need a proper working washing machine and a fulltime car park. Without a functioning washing machine is very difficult, you have to go to public Laundry. Additionally Every day you have to move out a car from 9.30am - 10.30am. Most of the time we may not read fine prints in email, if you are new to this area need to move out during this time. Carpets in the bathroom easily get wet, better no carpet in the bathroom.. Overall good location and Bans is helpfull.

Very convenient location if you are visiting a family member who might be a student living in area. Easy and pleasant walk into town (30mins). Also has a great couple of curry options at the end of the road Clean house. Nice garden. Only suggestion is that I might put a couple of softer lights / lamps in the kitchen room.

We enjoyed our stay and found the apartment very convenient and practical and in a good location - about 30 minutes walk from Leicester Railway station or easily accessible by taxi. Overall a good, light and clean apartment with modern units and decor and very comfortable with all necessary amenities. Bans was very responsive to queries. We would have valued a bit more light in the bathroom, which we found not up to the same cleanliness standards as the rest of the apartment. However we still greatly enjoyed our stay and we would recommend it. Thank you Bans
