Our stay at Rita's was great. She was extremely responsive and provided us with some larger towels on request so we didn't have to pack them in our already overflowing luggage! The house is beautiful, very quiet and pristine and exactly as described. There was milk, tea and coffee on arrival and the bed linen and pillows were great quality! The house is extremely dog friendly and the enclosed garden was a life saver for letting the dogs out in the evening, especially with the weather we had. We only had two small issues, we couldn't shut the velux window in the smaller bedroom properly, it didn't seem to want to close, and we had a slight problem with some loose toilet seats. However, this was very minor and didn't impact our stay even slightly! Rita and her family were also extremely welcoming when I thought I had left something behind and let me pop in to check after our check out time! We had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend :)

Loads of space, big garden to sit out in. Everything you need in a place. No complaints.

The place was great but very close to the motorway so it is noisy, space was great for our two dogs. Only complaint was that we had weeny hand towels in the shower, no full size towels at all, not sure if this is an environmental saver but I’m on the larger side so it was tricky. Also no hairdryer which I take for granted these days. It is well located to most of the Teeside areas and not that far fromNorthumberland on the motorway.

The Dairy was a lovely place to stay. After an initial minor technical hitch that was quickly fixed by Rita, we enjoyed 2 nights in a spacious, comfortable and well-equipped setting. And we got pictures with the llamas! This was a short trip to visit family in the area, but we’re now considering a longer stay in the summer with more sight-seeing. We’d certainly be looking to stay here again.
