The lodge is lovely with everything you could need. It’s warm, homely and clean as well as having lots of natural light and decent outdoor space. Scott has been helpful from pre booking right through to checking out. The lodge feels tucked away and private but it’s a short walk to the main facilities which we were impressed by. We ate at the pub and restaurant, we swam in the pool twice (and enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi) and we took the Alpacas for a walk to Good Friday Hill (£25). Everyone is friendly and helpful and it’s a lovely environment. We took our bicycles which we were comfortable to leave locked up outside the lodge overnight. We cycled various routes and generally had a great long weekend including a trip to SnowTrax to enjoy the dry ski slope. All in all, we have had a great time and we would love to visit again. Would happily recommend!

We had a very nice stay with the kids at Scott’s cabin. It felt very cosy and had all the amenities you need, and our two youn daughters really enjoyed it. Scott was a great host - easy to contact and helpful throughout. Thank you!

A lovely, warm cabin with all the amenities needed to make the stay easy and comfortable. The beds are also very comfortable which is a big one for me. The hosts are so lovely, quick to reply and checked in to make sure we were ok and our stay was going well. We went with our two small children and they had a great time. They were sad to leave!

Had a lovely stay at the cabin, we had some issues with the heating at first but Scott was very responsive and sorted the problem quickly. The cabin was lovely with games for the children to play whilst there also. Moors valley park not far and is good for a nice day out with the kids. We will definitely be back, thanks again for a lovely stay 😁
