we really enjoyed our stay at Vanessa's in the new forest. Great location. The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. Vanessa was a great host, friendly and responded quickly any time I made contact. Would recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is really lovely and homely, it has everything you need. All the essentials, including things like washing up liquid, dishwasher tabs, coffee, milk, toilet rolls. Kitchen well stocked - including bottle opener and nice wine glasses!! :) plenty of bedding and nice towels. The location is brilliant, we visited Peppa Pig world and Salisbury (20/25mins away) and the town itself was lovely, we loved The George pub - great food and welcoming for drinks too. Would be fab in the summer! We also loved bubbles cafe which is a cafe/soft play - perfect for breakfast with our 2 year old, especially when the rain came! We will absolutely stay again, thank you!

Had a fantastic stay here. Perfectly situated in a lovely little village and great distance to Peppa Pig World which was the purpose of our visit! The house was lovely, perfect size, great facilities, nice & clean. Vanessa’s communication was great, with very clear check in instructions and answered any questions we had very promptly. Thank you for a lovely stay & look forward to returning in the future :)

Exceeded our expectations for our first ever stay in an Air BnB. The house was perfect for us (2 adults and 2 children aged 9,10). Peaceful area despite being right by the town centre. The house felt safe and was within walking distance of all the local amenities. Fordingbridge was the perfect location for all the things we wanted to do during our stay and we would definitely stay here again, hoping for less rain next time, but the kids still went in the paddling pool at the local park. Right on the edge of the New Forest, we did not need to travel far to see the most beautiful views and the kids had plenty of places to explore. We ate at a lovely pub called The Fighting Cock, a short drive away in Godshill, which to my delight had plenty of gluten free options. During our stay we headed up to Harry Potter Studios, this was only a 2hr drive from the house, which was absolutely worth it. 100% recommend and would definitely stay here again.

Really lovely property. Extremely clean and well kept! Bed were super comfortable with ample pillows, blankets and nice bedding. Towels provided were lovely and kitchen was well stocked for utensils and was clean. Would need to bring tea, coffee and sugar with you. Bathroom was clean and well kept. Would need to bring own toilet roll. Vanessa was very helpful and answer most question fairly promptly and instructions on entering the property were clear. The road is very narrow to drive up to the property. There isn’t much to do in Fordingbridge village. A few gifty shops and restaurants. The George was a really lovely pub which had live music some nights but couldn’t locate a taxi to travel out the area for a livelier night. A few small supermarkets were in walking distance. Overall the stay was pleasant and the property was extremely clean and well kept.
