Nothing but positives for Linda’s place. It really is exactly as pictured and was immaculate, which was so very important to myself and the other guests. Linda left clear instructions for everything needed which meant we were able to access the property quickly and easily. Once inside it was warm, cosy and very welcoming. Linda had provided everything she had listed, with a few treats on top. Although we felt warm and cosy, we could equally see how lovely it would be to stay during warmer months as there is a verandah with comfy seating which I could imagine would be wonderful to sit out on on a balmy summer evening. The beds were warm and comfy too with lovely crisp, clean bed linen. The shower was easy to operate with immediate hot water. The decor is bright, modern and practical. All in all a really great stay, would highly recommend and definitely hope to make a return visit before too long.

Our stay was lovely! We really had such a great time. Everything you could need was provided (bar towels) and Linda was very helpful when we contacted her. She gave a great recommendation for a local pub which we used and were delighted with. The holiday home was very clean and homely. My 5 year old son said it was like being at home…high praise indeed for a weekend stay. Clearly he felt very comfortable there, as did we all. Sandy Balls is a great resort to stay in and we would visit again, but next time for longer than just two nights…you definitely need more time to explore the parks amenities and local area! Thanks you a fab weekend Linda!

We had a fantastic stay. Linda is very helpful and her place is super clean and cozy. Great location with lots of things to do with kids. A couple of things that really stood out for us….. super comfortable master bedroom bed. Great kitchen equipment including properly working fridge and freezers (sometimes this is hard to find!) lovely shower with nice hot water. It really felt like a home from home stay. The toys left in the cupboard was really great for our girls too as we hadn’t brought much with us. Couldn’t fault our holiday and we look forward to returning one day. Thank you Linda!

Linda was a great host and provided clear instructions and helpful recommendations prior to our stay. The place was exactly like the photos and everything was very clean and tidy. The facilities on site were really close and it was nice to be able to use the pool. We had a really relaxing stay.
