Isaac and his assistant Lola were great hosts. They were very responsive to our questions and needs. The house is exactly as it is pictured. Bahamar resort down the street is about a 15 minute walk but is very nice. We went there several times to eat, walk around, shop, etc. This is not something you can do at Atlantis without paying a $190 day pass. So keep that in mind if you want to make the mistake that we did on our last day to go there and see the place. They don't even let you eat at the restaurants at Atlantis if you're not a guest. Bahamar wasn't like that and in my opinion it was also a much nicer and prettier resort, from what we were allowed to see at least. We did the pig beach tour recommended by the hosts and had a very fun day with that. Although there is the resort and a few other restaurants within walking distance of the house, that was about it. So we did end up renting a car through the recommended rental people and were able to see a few more spots before we left

Linda villa, a unos pasos de la playa que es hermosa; todo muy limpio, bonito y accesible. La parada del bus a unos pasos al igual que tiendas y restaurantes.

Isaac’s Royal Cay unit was just gorgeous. The house has lots of nicely arranged space, comfortable beds, a cute patio, and all the amenities. Everything was clean and private and we were a few steps from the beach, in a nice safe neighborhood. The host was very helpful and flexible during the check in process and we appreciated their hospitality. There really isn’t anything less than stellar about this place - we had a wonderful time there and would highly recommend it.

What a great location! Issac and his team were very responsive and helpful. We really enjoyed the private beach area just steps from the rental. Grocery stores and nice restaurants all within a short drive. Miss Miller was available to drive us around. I would definitely stay here again.
