The space was great! The dock was relaxing to watch fish and birds with the sunrise, and we loved the covered deck as well. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Thank you!

This was the nicest little lake house. It’s brand new and extremely clean. It has charm, all the modern touches, and sits in a quiet corner of Smith Lake. We enjoyed the peace and quiet of the back porch and dock. This host was very helpful and friendly. Given how close to home it is, I am sure we will be back. A top AirBnb experience!

We had a great time! House was right on Lake Smith and all amenities we could need were there for us! Quick 20+ minute drive into town but a few gas stations and dollar generals super close by for quick needs. Cute little bar and grill right up the road for some good meals as well. Beautiful home, so cute and well kept. Mariann was fantastic with communication as well!!! Great time!

I had the pleasure of staying at "Daydreamer," hosted by the Mariann, and it was an absolute dream come true! I was struck by the newness of the property. What stood out during my stay was Mariann's exceptional hospitality and attentiveness.
