Lavinia's place is great - it's in a perfect location cost to Clifton Village and the Downs and easily within walking distance of the city centre. the flat itself is large, airy and very well equipped. The only thing to be aware of is that there can be a bit of noise from upstairs but it didn't bother us. Lavinia was responsive and helpful, thanks for a great stay!
We had an awesome stay for 2 nights. The house is so pretty and everything else was in order too.
Perfect place to stay for my daughters graduation - very clean, comfortable and an ideal location in Clifton

Hi I'm Lavinia I've lived in Bristol for nearly 25 years and I absolutely love living here! I spent my childhood growing up in the Far East so I've done my fair share of travelling, but I still have a hunger for more! I manage a number of properties for family and friends and I love welcoming new visitors.
