It was a fine place to stay. A word of note though, you can hear the people walking around upstairs very well (creaking and footsteps, seems the subfloor isn’t the most sound proof). Sleeping with white noise makes it OK but something to be aware of. The place was clean, cozy, and spacious. Overall it was a decent place to stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Rusty's Farmhouse! These lodgings are very peaceful and private with lovely birdsong outside. The main bed and pillows are very comfortable. A big TV and couch for watchin movies made our nights feel cozy. Rusty's is close to the main Newport strip and 5 min from any coffee shop, restaurant, or shopping, not to mention the beach. A very clean space overall. Would be good for a family (max occupancy of 4). There is no range stove but they provide portable countertop burners and a griddle. The kitchen is a good space to cook some light meals if not wanting to eat out. We loved our long weekend here and would stay again.

Paul and Ellie were very friendly and easy to work with. Their place was delightful, discreetly tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. The little yard area adjacent to our private space made us feel like this was our little home away from home for the weekend. It was very relaxing and rejuvenating. We'd definitely stay again!
