Welcome to our brand-new private guest suite in Virginia Beach! Close drive to the beach, VA Beach Town Center, and more. This room addition was constructed in 2023 with approved city inspections/permits. Everything is NEW! A short drive to all the major beaches and attractions. Located deep on a quiet street in the highly-sought after neighborhood Thalia. Attached to the main house with private exterior stairs, this private space is a room over the garage and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The suite is perfect for solo travelers or couples. Very cozy and private! We are pet-friendly and welcome our guests' furry friends. NEARBY ATTRACTIONS - VA BEACH OCEANFRONT (15 minute drive) - VA BEACH TOWN CENTER (5 minute drive) - Norfolk International Airport (20 minute drive) - Downtown Norfolk (20 minute drive) - Little Creek/Oceana/Norfolk Naval Station (20 minute drive) AMENITIES - Full-sized refrigerator - Split-unit heating and cooling - Complimentary Starbucks and Dunkin’ coffee (Keurig machine) - Luxury Saavta pillows - Queen-sized bed - Microwave included (no stove) - Smart TV (HBO Max included) - Shower amenities such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, etc. - Blackout curtains - First Aid Kit - Free washer/dryer available upon request IMPORTANT NOTES - Dogs must be crated when not accompanied in the room and also leashed when going to and from the suite. - Our pet fee is $25 per pet, per night - a maximum of 1 pet. - To be respectful of neighbors, we can only accompany 1 vehicle per stay (street parking only) - No smoking/vaping in the suite. We are walking distance of Steinhilbers, a well-known, historic seafood restaurant. Very, very nice room plus a sitting area. It’s over a garage attached to the house. Very quiet. Would never have known that there was a family with kids living in the house. Far quieter than any hotel. Bathroom was decent size. Shower only, which is perfectly fine with me. Convenient to plenty of shopping and restaurants. 15 minute drive to the beach. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again or to recommend.

This might have been the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. It was great for me and my partner who were driving through VA beach and needed a place to crash! If you’re looking for a cozy place in the beach and don’t need a kitchen, would recommend. As advertised you can hear some noise through the shared wall so just be prepared if you’re a light sleeper.
Will definitely be staying here again! Phil and Rachel were beyond accommodating. Pillows and mattress were extremely comfortable! Perfect space for 2 people. Neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and nice to walk.

This is one of the more historic and established neighborhoods in Virginia Beach. Lots of mature greenery and scenic water views from the river.
We are very close to the interstate and Virginia Beach Blvd and Interstate 264, making getting around town easy!
