We were treated like royalty. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighborhood. It is beautifully decorated. While feeling like you are stepping back in time, it had all the creature habits you could want.

We had a great experience staying at the Carriage House. The cottage was a very unique place to stay that could not have accommodated our family better (my spouse, two kids and me). The cottage had tons of charm and was in great shape. The bedrooms were each wonderful, and our favorite part was how much light the master bedroom had with it's massive windows and tall ceiling. It was such a lovely space and felt very inviting. Our kids each loved their rooms upstairs which were spacious, had their own bathrooms, and also had their own nice charms as well. We really enjoyed the nature trail behind the house as well which led down to the water. The pictures don't really do it justice, but it's a short boardwalk down to a dock with a gorgeous inlet and nature all around. The house was also very conveniently located. Lastly, Tyler and Kate were great hosts that were super responsive when we had a question. Overall it was a great trip that left us wanting to come back again.

What a great stay! Check-in was simple and the home is so charming. It's located in a beautiful area, highlighting nature at it's finest. Tyler and Kate are very responsive and wanted to ensure that we had a wonderful time in Virginia Beach. Highly recommended!

Fantastic place to stay! There were so many things for everyone in our family to enjoy. You can tell they spent a lot of time and effort making this place feel at home!

This was one of,, if not the, best rentals we have stayed at. It has a very homey feeling to it which I love. I personally took advantage of spending time in the home while my husband and brother took care of their business. Everything was perfect. Tyler and Kate know have itcall down to an art. My only regret is not having booked it for a few more days!! Thanks Tyler And Kate!
