My father's visit to Old Goose Farm was just perfect. He found it comfortable, provided with everything he needed, clean, and warm – very important at his age! Our hosts were very accommodating, even when he broke a bowl, and they fixed a problem with the gate very quickly. The location is particularly lovely, on the edge of the village, and dad enjoyed the daily visits from a neighbourly pheasant! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Great location near south farm wedding venue and Michael and Sam had thought of everything, we had everything that we needed and place was lovely, would highly recommend. Even went way above and beyond when i accidentally left some items there. :)

A really lovely place, very close to the wedding venue for the family wedding we were attending. Easy to find and access. Quiet, peaceful setting. Loved the underfloor heating and log burner with the hard frost outside! Very cosy… until we unfortunately suffered a freak power cut on the second afternoon which took out all power till the final morning - so no WiFi, charging or cooking and dark. Michael and Sam were on it as fast as was possible with battery powered lights and in the morning flasks of boiling water for tea & coffee. They also refunded our second day’s costs. Thanks for their prompt communication and assistance in a very cold snap! It was also great to still have the log burner, making it a fun short term challenge and talking point rather than an endurance test. These things can happen! The last morning was also brighten up by having a beautiful cock pheasant eyeing us up from outside the patio doors when when I opened the curtains! A memorable visit!
