Newly decorated, furnished and brought to Airbnb, Number 9 enjoys a pretty outlook across the surrounding gardens and the morning sunshine. A spacious patio and garden are secured with high fences keeping dogs and children safe, although please note we have a friendly double-figure dog of our own in this space too. Pascal is very fond of a headscratch and a game of ball! A modern cosy home boasting two large bedrooms: Bedroom 1: King size bed, french windows overlooking green spaces to the rear of the property. Large wardrobe and dressing table space. Bedroom 2: 1 Standard Double + 1 Single Bed, large wardrobe and drawers for storage. Family Bathroom: Bath, separate walk-in shower, wash hand basin, WC & bidet. Kitchen/Diner: Full amenities including oven, dishwasher & washing machine. Dining space for 8. Lounge: 2 Seater sofa + 3 Seater sofabed (standard double size when extended), Smart TV with Alexa, French windows leading onto spacious patio & garden. Downstairs WC. Originally built to accommodate older age residents with mobility concerns, the house still has supportive facilities such as wide doorways for wheelchairs, a step-free ground floor and electric stairlift.

We had a fabulous time in Anne's property while visiting family in the area. We visited during an unexpected cold snap and the house was very comfortable and warm. Anne was on hand to answer any questions and made us feel very welcome with some homemade cake awaiting us on arrival! We would stay again when we next visit the area.
We very much enjoyed our stay. So much so we have booked again in August. The hosts were very attentive and the house was very clean with very generous proportions. Particularly good location for nearby railway station Sandy which has trains directly into Kings Cross, London.
Fantastic hosts, we stayed for 5 weeks during a house move, nothing was too much trouble we felt very much at home. Would absolutely recommend! Thankyou!
We had a wonderful stay at number 9 with wonderful host Anne. The accomodation was perfect for our needs. Anne & daughter Zara were attentive with communication prior & during our stay. Nothing was a problem & provided us with a high chair & travel cot with mattress ( missing in so many holiday lets). The house was spotlessly clean & super spacious. The house is very spacious and was well equipped with everything you would need. Nice quiet location. Host communicated promptly when contacted.

We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from the A1 and Sandy train station, with just a 45 minute train journey directly to the centre of London.
The city of Cambridge is a 25 minute drive, with a number of interesting places to visit in between including Wimpole Hall Estate, Shepreth Wildlife Park, Madingley American War Cemetery and Duxford Imperial Air Museum to name a few!
The peaceful surrounding countryside is packed with footpaths and bridleways, and we will be happy to show you some of our favourite dog-walking spots.
